India’s public sector is in the middle of a once-in-a-generation shift. Digital delivery, AI adoption, and citizen-facing software are moving from “nice to have” to “core infrastructure” — and the gap between policy intent and engineering reality is where most of the friction lives.

We started AV Infotech in November 2025 to close some of that gap. We’re a small, senior team based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, building AI systems, generative-AI assistants, and custom software for government departments and public-sector bodies.

What we care about

• Bilingual / multi-lingual systems — Hindi and Indian languages, not just English.
